New Horizons Reverse Job Fair - Bringing Employers and Employees Together

New Horizons of Southern California invites you to experience our Reverse Job Fair.
This unique job fair format will allow students to show off their skills to potential employers.

Reverse Job Fair makes the Evening News:

For Students...
  • Tired of Job Fairs where you wait in line to speak to an employer?
  • Wouldn't it be great if you had the booth and employers came to you?
  • Here is your chance!

Student Registration


This fair will give our students an opportunity to show off their achievements and hand out their resumes as employers walk the fair.

Each student who registers to be an exhibitor at the fair will be allowed use of 1 PC in order to showcase themselves. Showcases can include certifications, artwork, etc. (example of showcase presentation: looping PowerPoint of students work).

Students will also be able to speak one on one and pass out resumes to employers who attend the event.

For Employers...
  • Have you ever wished for a place where candidates were at booths presenting their skills?
  • Where employers could walk around and meet and screen potential applicants without the application and interview process?

Employer Registration



Students will be setting up stations in our facility, highlighting their skills. They will be on hand to answer questions about their experience, hand out resumes, and meet and greet all attendees (employers). Employers will be able to walk freely through the rooms, and approach student “booths” if they are interested in learning more about that student.

This is a wonderful opportunity to meet a full range of NHSoCal Students, from Technical (Graphics, Cisco, A+, Net +, Database Admin), to creative (Graphics, Web Design, Architecture), to Professional (Project Managers, Six Sigma Certified, Human Resources, Healthcare).

We have students from entry level to director and VP level, so you are sure to find someone to fit your hiring needs!
