Topics covered in the Support Essential course include: Installation, User Accounts, File Systems, Data Management, Applications and Processes, Network Configurations, Network Services, Peripherals and Printing and System Start-Up. Topics for the Server Essentials include: Installing and configuring OS X servers, Authenticating and Authorizing accounts, Using Open Directories, Managing Accounts, Using Collaborative Services, Deployment Solutions, and Managing Web Services. Certification is available. Courses are three days in length.
